1 Introduction

Welcome to macauph. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the macauph platform, including all casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and any other features or services made available at macauph.click ("the Platform").

macauph is operated for players based in the Philippines. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on macauph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the macauph platform.

These Terms apply alongside the macauph Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference. In the event of any conflict, these Terms take precedence unless stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open a macauph account and use the platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account is active:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old. macauph may request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately with all balances forfeited.
• Location: You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and when accessing macauph. It is your responsibility to ensure that using macauph does not violate any local laws applicable to your location.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one macauph account. Multiple accounts by the same person, household, or IP address are prohibited and will result in suspension and forfeiture of any funds held.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. macauph reserves the right to verify your identity at any point and to request supporting documents.

macauph reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that the eligibility criteria above have not been met.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your macauph account credentials. Your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details must be kept confidential at all times. macauph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Accuracy of details: You must keep your account information up to date, including your contact email and withdrawal payment method. macauph is not responsible for failed withdrawals caused by incorrect account details.
• Suspicious activity: You must notify macauph support immediately at support@macauph.click if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account suspension: macauph may suspend or close your account if it detects irregular activity, potential fraud, or a breach of these Terms. Any balances in a suspended account will be reviewed in accordance with macauph's investigation process.
• Account closure by player: You may request closure of your macauph account at any time by contacting support. Any eligible remaining balance will be returned to your nominated Philippine payment method after identity verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

macauph processes all transactions in Philippine Peso (₱). All deposits and withdrawals must be made through the payment methods listed on the macauph platform, which include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard.

• Minimum deposit: ₱50 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit, though macauph may apply limits at its discretion.
• Withdrawal eligibility: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Processing times: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during operating hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay may take up to two hours. PESONet transfers are processed within the same business day.
• Verification before withdrawal: macauph may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include submitting a government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure, not a penalty.
• Currency: All transactions on macauph are denominated in PHP. macauph does not accept foreign currency deposits.
• Refused withdrawals: macauph reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal if it has reason to believe the funds are the result of fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

macauph offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all macauph bonuses unless the individual promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier is stated in each promotion. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets, not bonus funds used on bonus-restricted games.
• One bonus at a time: Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your macauph account at any time. Activating a new bonus before completing requirements on an existing one may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Philippine players only. macauph reserves the right to exclude specific player accounts from bonus eligibility at its discretion.
• Abuse: macauph actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting using multiple accounts, exploitation of technical errors, or coordinated wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Any account found to be abusing promotions will be suspended and bonus funds forfeited.
• No cash equivalent: Bonus credits have no cash equivalent and cannot be transferred between accounts. They exist solely to allow wagering on the macauph platform.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period stated in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings may be forfeited upon expiry.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing bets or participating in any game on macauph, you accept that:

• All bets are final once confirmed. macauph does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except in cases of clear technical error attributable to macauph systems.
• macauph reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were obviously incorrect due to a technical or human error, regardless of whether the error was apparent to the player at the time of placement.
• For sports betting, macauph's settlement rules for each sport are published in the relevant betting rules documentation on the platform. Results are settled based on official competition results. In cases of disputed results, macauph's decision is final.
• Live in-play bets accepted after the relevant event has already concluded — due to a data feed delay — may be voided by macauph.
• macauph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all non-live casino games. These systems are regularly tested to ensure statistically fair outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and tables on macauph and are displayed in the relevant game interface before you place your bet.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the macauph platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and cheating: Any attempt to cheat, defraud, or manipulate macauph's systems, games, or other players — including the use of bots, automated betting software, or collusion.
• Money laundering: Using macauph for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. macauph is required by law to report suspicious transactions.
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one macauph account per person, sharing accounts, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to use macauph if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a minor to access your account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes against macauph deposits. macauph will contest all fraudulent chargebacks and may pursue legal action where appropriate.
• System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in macauph's platform for financial gain. You are required to report any such errors to macauph immediately.

8 Responsible Gaming

macauph is genuinely committed to responsible gaming. Gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of financial distress. macauph provides the following tools to help players stay in control:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session limits: Limit how long you can be logged into your macauph account per session.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from macauph. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours. During exclusion, all marketing communications are stopped and account access is disabled.
• Reality checks: macauph can display session duration reminders at intervals you set.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the macauph platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of macauph or its licensed third-party providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any macauph content without prior written permission.

The macauph name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including social media, marketing, or third-party websites — is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

macauph provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While macauph makes every effort to ensure the platform is reliable and accessible, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. macauph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings, or data arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or internet connectivity issues outside macauph's control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of macauph, even if macauph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure or your failure to read and comply with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits macauph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data

macauph collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By creating a macauph account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

macauph uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. macauph does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 12 Amendments to These Terms

macauph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, macauph will notify registered players by email and display a notice on the platform with at least 7 days' advance notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of macauph after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using macauph and may close your account in accordance with Section 3.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of macauph shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable Philippine law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
